Jacquard Card Puncing

Hatchery Controller Dashboard (HCSI)

  • HCSI monitors hatchery controllers
  • The software communicates with the controllers and collects the controller’s parameters using MODBUS over RS485
  • The controller information is displayed live on the dashboard
  • HCSI displays the information in multiple formats like Single view, Multi-controller view, Logged Data and Trending.
  • The software provides a dashboard for all controllers from single computer desktop.
  • Data logging
    • HCSI saves controller parameters from all connected controllers at regular intervals. This can be viewed in tabular form as well as in the form of trending.
    • This log can be viewed in tabular form, it can be exported in CSV format.
    • The saved log can be loaded again to be viewed in tabular and trending forms.
  • SMS alert
    • SMS alert is sent to defined mobile numbers
    • An SMS alert is generated when a change in alarm condition is detected, for specified duration
  • Web interface
    • Status and alarm information is posted to web at regular interval or at the change in alarm
    • Web dashboard shows the current / live data
    • History data is also available for viewing and for download
